Jan Hermie Blanca is the Founder, CEO, and Creative Director of CafeBlanca Studio, a brand strategy and creative design agency built to help businesses scale with clarity, credibility, and long-term impact.
With over a decade of experience, Jan leads at the intersection of strategy, design, and execution, building brand systems that perform across industries—including real estate, hospitality, professional services, and law firms. His work emphasizes structure, consistency, and trust—essential for brands operating in high-stakes, reputation-driven environments.
Beyond agency leadership, Jan is a Visual Graphic Design lecturer and a contributor to the Learning Management System (LMS) at RTC-KorPhil Davao, where he teaches both creative mastery and the business discipline behind sustainable design practice.
Jan specializes in brand strategy, visual identity systems, marketing-driven design, multimedia production, and digital platforms for local and international clients. As a licensed Creative/Art Director and Multimedia Designer, he collaborates closely with business owners, executives, and legal professionals to build brands grounded in authority, clarity, and professionalism.
